Public posts and profiles may be visible to other people. Chat is not anonymous or random and is available after you follow a creator. Fit notes are personal style observations, not medical or prescription advice. Diamond purchases and uses apply only if they are offered in the app. Some current app builds keep activity on the device and do not provide a production reporting or account-deletion backend; Support explains the controls that are actually available.
